Mr. Gonzalez has been recognized by Leadership San Antonio; he was an elected delegate on the White House Conference on Small Business, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce selected him as Entrepreneur of the Year and Hispanic Business Magazine named him among the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in the Nation. He is also co-founder of the Boerne Chamber of Commerce Workforce Readiness Initiative and a Board Member of the American Association for Affirmative Action. Mr. Gonzalez is a frequent contributor to national publications and a popular guest lecturer and presenter.
