Established in 1988, JDG Associates provides expertise in EEO and civil rights for governmental and corporate workplaces. Our multidisciplinary team offers a full spectrum of legal, human resource, education, and regulatory knowledge and experience.
We have earned a reputation for absolute impartiality. We know EEO law and its administration through policy, regulation, and judicial interpretation. We stay current on EEO developments and their implications for the workplaces we serve.
JDG Associates offers a full array of services: investigation and resolution services, position statements, training, curriculum development, compliance support, and EEO consultation and best practices.
With three strategically located offices, JDG Associates serves a national clientele. Our consultants are available onsite anywhere in the United States. We have developed a sophisticated case management system with redundant quality control oversight. Our reports of investigation (ROIs) follow the HECAPS format preferred by EEOC Administrative Judges and we are one of the few firms that can provide our clients with reports ready for direct submission to the EEOC.
Our senior and mid-level leadership are all staff executives, as are many of our EEO professionals and consultants. Our staff and contract EEO professionals are recognized experts in their disciplines with deep experience in EEO.
