Roland Cavazos

Roland Cavazos, Senior Investigative Services Manager, joined JDG Associates, Inc. in 2003. Mr. Cavazos oversees and monitors timely completion of all EEO assignments while ensuring compliance with customer work specifications. He is the primary point of contact for the majority of EEO assignments (counseling, investigations, final agency decisions) and serves as liaison between clients and EEO field personnel.

Mr. Cavazos’ innovative ideas and dedicated work ethic have streamlined our internal processes and enhanced customer service and support. His attention to detail and pro-active management assist JDG in responding to clients’ potential issues of concern with practical, efficient recommendations. Mr. Cavazos received his Bachelor’s Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
